1/23/2015Sarah is very professional and most importantly listens to her clients. I do construction and I hurt daily. I told Sarah what I needed and she focused on those issues. Her style is really to provide whatever the client needs. She was gentle where need and firm on other areas where more strength and pressure was needed.
Also, it nice being table to text sarah, she responds as soon as she can and will do what she can to accomodate her clients. I will definitely be using Sarah for many years. Thank you Sarah

1/21/2015My 4-yrs of searching is finally over! After my regular massage therapist moved, I've been searching for someone who does massage to my liking. I'm glad I found Sara! I'm happy that I can finally book my monthly massages without worrying if it's going I be a waste of my time and money.

1/15/2014I am a Massage Practitioner (certified in Davis) and I see other Massage Therapists from time to time. I've been to quite a few ones and I can tell you that Sarah is very unique.
She is a wonderful person and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Her place is clean and visually balanced. She welcomes you with a smile and once you are done filling out the form she sits down with you and go over your answers to make sure she attends to your needs.
I had a Groupon - 90 minute deep tissue and relaxation massage scheduled with her and she reserved 120 minutes of her time to allow me to fill the form, undress and dress. I don't see many Independent Massage Therapists doing it out there.
Do not worry if you forgot to tell her about a knot here or there, she will find them and work on them until they are gone, or until she is able to break them down a bit to provide release for her customers.
She is amazing with her elbows, arms and hands, and I could clearly see that she knows anatomy very well!
Let her know your painful spots and she will focus on them. Also let her know the parts of your body that you do not wish to receive massage since there's no question asking you to list the parts of your body you don't want massaged on her form.
We surely need more Massage Therapists like Sarah to provide great quality health care out there.

11/15/2013My Wife Lauren and I are very picky when it comes to massages. She likes something totally different than I do and we have tried many places to find the right massage. Sarah was AMAZING and was able to WOW both of us. I waited to hear what my wife said when she walked out. However, all she could say is, that was amazing! She was so relaxed and felt like Sarah hit every spot. I was up next and my skepticism was lowered when I saw my wife's response.
I went in and she made me feel like a whole new man. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and had the room dialed so I felt like I was seriously in RELAX mode. I would highly recommend Sarah and her wonderful massage skills. You won't be disappointed :)

8/19/2013I have had several wonderful massages from Sarah at Zenergy Massage!!! I've had deep tissue, pregnancy massage, and lymphatic drainage massage from Sarah and I've loved all of them! I had a terrible massage in Granite Bay, some okay massages at Glen Ivy in Orange County and other locations and nothing compares to the amazing massages that I've had from Sarah!! I highly recommend her!

8/16/2013Took a chance on a Groupon offer and was extremely pleased. Sarah is very professional and after having tried many, many different massage places, I will keep coming back to Sarah. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and very relaxing and stress free. I only wish I could indulge more often!!!!
4/3/2014After being long over due for a massage my boyfriend and I went to Zenergy. IT WAS THE BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!! I highly recommend going here for your next massage. My boyfriend and I felt like we had new bodies. Days later I still feel amazing.

10/2/2013Sarah at Zenergy Massage & Wellness Studio is by far the best massage therapist I have ever received a massage from. Every massage I have ever received from Sarah has been nothing less of excellent. I have been to many different therapists and different locations, but I no longer need to search for that perfect place and person. I unfortunately moved away and any time I am in the area I always schedule a massage with Sarah. With her training in multiple types, there is always something different to experience.

5/17/2014I've had many massages, but the one Sarah gave me today was definitely one of the best. She really has a gift. The atmosphere is great and the overall experience couldn't have been better. I highly recommend her--very professional.
6/13/2013Looking for a great massage. I have had several different types of massages, by several different people and finally found one that listened to what I said and was able to work though some mid back issues I was having. Sarah Lyon at Zenergy in Roseville is the best.

8/14/2013If you are looking for a great massage then go see Sarah. My wife and I have been seeing her for over two years and are never disappointed. She has a great pressure range. My wife likes hers easy and relaxing, I prefer deep pressure to work out the knots, and believe me Sarah can bring it!

3/15/2013Today I had a 1 hr massage with Sarah and it was hands down the best one. I suffer from a lot of knots and tension. When I was done (I wish it never ended) I felt so refreshed and had relief. I have already raved about her on my Facebook. I HIGHLY recommend her. I will definitely be going back. The atmosphere was soothing and very inviting. Sarah made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was just what I needed
